We're an artisan natural vegan skin care company creating vegan body care products that are eco-friendly & cruelty-free. Our gift boxes and affirmation cards have been specially, developed to promote self-love, mental wellbeing & relaxation through life's journeys.

 
Where are you based?

We are a home-based business in the London Borough of Greenwich.

 
Do you have a shop?

No. We're an online business, but you can sample our products in person at local makers markets in South East & East London, We regularly post events we're trading at on our Instagram stories.

 
What makes you different from other soap companies?

We're not a soap company. Cleanse & Scrub create vegan wellbeing gift boxes for milestone occasions in a woman's life. Although we do make handmade vegan soaps as part of our vegan body care and skincare gift boxes.

What are your order and delivery processing times?

We usually dispatch our orders 1-2 days after we've received your order. Bespoke/ personalised orders take an extra 1-2 days (excluding wholesale orders). 

Delivery is 2-4 days from dispatch via our service provider.

Are your products safe to use?

Yes, each body and skin care product has been tested for safe use on the skin (as directed) and has a safety assessment documentation in place, and our vegan body care products are registered on the UK Government cosmetics product notification portal. 

How do you help the environment?

95% of our supplies are sourced in the UK from other small businesses who also work towards reducing their carbon footprint.

 
Our packaging is either recycled, recyclable or biodegradable including the PeT jars used for our creams, masks, and salts.

Do you use animal products?

No way! We use vegan recyclable stickers for our product labels, plant based sticky tape and eco-friendly packaging.

 
Our oils, butters and essential oils are 100% plant based.
